Executive Chef Ethan Brown’s emphasis on everchanging menus that are driven by the season inspired him to create our monthly prefixed menus. Each course is crafted from our chef’s creativity to take your taste buds on a journey from appetizers to desserts, our in house sommelier has even paired a selection of wine with each dish. Every month we will unveil a new menu to showcase the season’s flavors. We are proud to partner with Surfrider with our Vessel Voyage and 10% of all proceeds will be donated to the San Diego Surfrider chapter.
